Harry is the most experienced member of the team. Has enjoyed many years as both a front line lending manager and as a team leader within the commercial sector. Advises across all areas of commercial finance.

Kevin Snell

Kevin is a seasoned ex banker, who held senior positions within the banking industry before joining B&P. He has vast experience across both the commercial and residential markets. Advises across all areas, specialises in the residential finance sector.

Richard Pickering

A former corporate director for a high street bank. Richard has a wealth of knowledge within the corporate sector, and has vast experience in dealing with corporate deals of all sizes. Richard is a board member of the Dockland Business Club in Canary Wharf and looks after the Docklands and South London area. Advises across all areas of commercial finance.

Pat Madigan

Pat is the newest member of the B & P team. He has in excess of 30 years experience as a front line lending manager with one of the high street banks. Advises across all areas of commercial finance.

Nigel Barrington

Nigel is a professionally qualified banker with over 28 years of corporate banking experience and most recently was a Real Estate Director within Investment Banking. He brings an extensive knowledge of real estate and project finance having focused for the past 15 years within the European real estate and UK social housing sectors.
