We are able to arrange and advise on other forms of finance including bridging loans, secured loans and equity finance.

Bridging loans can be arranged on commercial, semi-commercial and residential properties, against either a first or second charge. Funds can be raised for any purpose and generally funding can be obtained within seven working days. Funding of up to 85% of the market value of the property can be obtained.

Secured loans can be arranged against a second charge on residential or commercial properties. This option may be preferable if funds are required to be raised against a property and there are redemption penalties payable, making a re-mortgage unattractive.

Equity finance is sometimes the only option to fund the purchase or growth of a business when traditional funding methods are not available. The funder will take an equity stake in your business, normally to be realised at some pre-agreed future date.
